The gap: Client CRM + booking + invoicing + contracts and e-signature
Birdeye collects reviews across a very large network of sites and does it well. What it does not hold is the relationship the review came out of - the project, the contract, the invoice, the history. So a one-star review arrives as an anonymous event, and finding out which job it refers to, who ran it and what went wrong is a manual search through a different system at exactly the moment speed matters.

Birdeye's price is quote-only, so no combined annual figure can be quoted honestly. A CRM alongside it starts at Dubsado Premier $525/year or HoneyBook Premium $1,308/year. RSC Core ($45) + the Growth pack ($35) is $80 per user / month billed annually - $960 per user / year, one login.
