Birdeye, but packaged for your profession rather than your location count
Where Birdeye stops, on the evidence of their own published pages.
First, what Birdeye genuinely does well
- Review collection and management across a very large network of sites - this is their core and it is the deepest in this comparison
- Listings management and local visibility for multi-location businesses
- Search AI integration across Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity is advertised on their pricing page
- Email and SMS marketing, webchat, surveys and sentiment analysis in one product
Read on 2026-09-03. These are observations about the product's SCOPE, taken from what the vendor advertises - not reports of it working badly. We have not audited third-party reviews for this vendor and imply nothing about them.
The gap: Vertical App Packs on one substrate (therapy / legal / photography)
Birdeye's pricing is banded by number of locations - 1-3, 4-9, 10-39 and upward - which tells you precisely who the product is designed for: multi-location brands where the unit of the business is the site. A single-location service business whose unit is the client engagement is buying a model shaped for a different problem, and paying a quote-only price to find out. The features that justify the banding - bulk listing management, per-site rollups, location-level permissioning - are the ones a single-location business will never open.
The evidence
Partial. Packaged for multi-location local businesses rather than as per-vertical workflow packs.

Partial Partial. The pack architecture and pricing are adopted and the therapy and legal packs are in build with a design partner; not all packs are live.
Verified 2026-09-03 against RSC-DEFINITIVE-FEATURE-INVENTORY-001 section 10 and the adopted pricing model. The arithmetic
No published price to compare against. Honest note: RSC's App Packs are not all shipped yet. RSC Core ($45) + the Growth pack ($35) is $80 per user / month billed annually - $960 per user / year, one login.
Competitor prices are their own published list prices read on the date shown. RSC prices per user; several of these products price per account for a single user, so check the arithmetic at your own seat count.
Where RSC is behind Birdeye, or has not built it yet
Every comparison page on this site carries this section. If we only ever listed our own advantages you would have no reason to believe the rest of the page.
- Birdeye asks for reviews and RSC does not. Ours monitors reputation; theirs generates it. On the single capability this page is about, they are ahead of us and we are not going to blur that.
- Their review-site network is far wider than anything RSC integrates with.
- RSC is younger and pre-launch, and Birdeye is an established product with multi-location deployments.
- Our AI-visibility and competitor-intelligence engines are partly built.

Claims about Birdeye on this page were read from the sources linked beside each row on that date.
3 further capabilities we assessed are NOT shown on this page, because we could not attach a dated public source to them.
We would rather show you less than show you something we cannot evidence.
“Not advertised” means the capability does not appear on the vendor page we cite, on the date we cite it. That is evidence about what they publish — it is not proof the capability does not exist somewhere in their product.
