Who we are

RSC Suite ("we") operates rscsuite.com, a business operations and marketing platform. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Free-report requests: your email, the website URL you ask us to scan, and a hashed (never raw) IP address for abuse prevention.
• Email subscriptions: your address, double-opt-in consent proof (when and from where you consented), and a log of what we sent you.
• Account data for signed-in customers: name, email, preferences (such as language).
• Site analytics on our own pages (GA4).

How we use it

To deliver the reports and services you request, to send email you have explicitly consented to (every marketing email carries an instant-unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately), and to operate and secure the platform. We do not sell personal data.

How we protect it

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with per-customer keys; access to encryption keys is audited on a tamper-evident log; special-category reads are individually recorded. Data lives in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with scheduled backups.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access & portability: request a machine-readable export of everything we hold about your email address.
• Erasure: request deletion; we anonymise your records. One deliberate exception: if you unsubscribed, we keep the suppression entry — the legal obligation to never email you again survives erasure.
• Withdraw consent: any marketing email's unsubscribe link, effective instantly.

Retention

Lead and message data is retained only as long as configured for the service, then anonymised automatically by a scheduled retention sweep.

Processors

Cloud hosting (Laravel Cloud/AWS), email delivery, and AI providers used to generate the analyses you request. Providers receive only what the specific job needs.
