They arrive with their signing state and their signatures — who signed, when, and from where. RSC does not fabricate the parts it cannot witness: a signature made in another system carries no RSC intent-to-sign or consent record, and the certificate says so rather than implying RSC watched it happen.
Yes, and RSC refuses to guess. Every booking is stored in UTC alongside the timezone it was booked in, so a 2pm shoot still reads as 2pm. A timestamp that arrives without an unambiguous timezone is rejected with an explanation rather than assumed — guessing is how an appointment moves by a few hours and nobody notices until the client does.
